Before ordering please us your finished drawing and we’ll work with you to transform it into a beautiful piece that reflects your spirit.

Artwork must already be created as a digital image, vector, or a drawing that does not need to be redrawn. We prefer vector artwork (.pdf or .ai files) but please send any file types you have and we can review it to see if that is something we can create for you.

FRONT (3D Engraving)
The front side of the pendant can be customized with your own drawing, your business logo, or any copyright free words, symbols or designs.

We are not able to engrave photographs, but drawings and logos with nice thick solid lines works best with our deep engraving. We are not able to offer drawing services at this time but please send your ideas and we will do our best to help bring your design to life.

Back Engraving (deep engraving)
The backside of this pendant can be left blank or can be deep engraved with any text of your choice. We can fit up to 7 lines of text with 16 characters (letters, numbers, punctuation) per line.

ARTWORK PROOF
Once your order is placed we will create a digital artwork proof for you to review of your custom pendant design. Artwork Proofs can be emailed or texted, whichever you prefer. We will not begin creating the pendant until you are satisfied with the artwork and send approval. Artwork proofs will be sent within 4 business days (Monday-Friday).

We offer two chain options: Chain with a Lobster Clasp or an Endless Chain, which features a clasp-free design. Our endless chains are designed without a clasp, creating a continuous, unbroken loop of chain. This design allows the chain to easily slide over the head, eliminating the need for fastening and unfastening a clasp. Ideal for those who frequently wear and remove their necklace, the endless chain offers both convenience and added security, as there is no clasp to potentially open.

To ensure the proper fit, we recommend using a piece of string measured to the desired necklace length (e.g., 24 inches). Simply check that the string comfortably passes over your head and the tip of your nose.

Once the 3D relief is created, each pendant is carefully hand-shaped, and finished. This is where the true art form begins as our hand finishing process allows us to really bring your 3D relief to life by adding highlights, contours, and softness. These intricate details are crucial in bringing out the dimension and personality of each design.
