Patek Philippe 1463J Chronograph Watch, Water Resistant Case, This watch is an example of one of the last in the series started in 1941.  As you can see the dial is more contemporary and consistent of the minimalist period of the 1960's with raised dagger lapped hour markers. 
This watch is fitted with the 13"' caliber manual wind chronograph movement #869182, Case # 2647868.  The 2-body case is with a screw down water resistant case back and anti-magnetic protection.

Date & Paperwork:  The watch was made in 1966 and and sold in 1967. The Case has very bold deep hallmark stamps.
 Measurements: 35mm in diameter.  
The watch comes with an extract certificate from the archives and confirms it manufacture and further sale.

Collectors Information:  This example is the last year the watch was manufactured and quite rare due to the original 1960's minimalist dial    Facts; original crown, dial, hands, case and buckle.

Essay:  1463:  Within the vintage collecting community, there are trophy timepieces considered to be the pinnacle of any collection, and the Patek Philippe reference 1463 chronograph is worthy of this designation. In stainless steel, it would be the crown jewel. Released in 1941 and produced for the next 25 years, the model was the first and only waterproof chronograph wristwatch produced by Patek Philippe.

Despite the long production run in all metals, it is believed that only 720 total examples were produced, with the majority in yellow gold about 400 pieces, 140 pieces in rose gold, and 180 pieces in stainless steel.
  Each featured a ten-sided screw back case and playful rounded chronograph-pushers, known as "Tasti Tondi" in Italian. Notably, the cases of the reference 1463 in steel were manufactured by famed case maker Taubert & Fils, as seen in the F.B. (for François Borgel, Taubert’s predecessor company name) stamp on the inside case back.
