Installation
An installation service fee is charged separately on top of the delivery should you choose to avail of this service.
The areas covered for service include the Melbourne and Sydney metropolitan areas, with Kylin Sauna's reliable third-party assembly teams covering Canberra, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Perth.
Other additional charges may apply e.g. surcharge per floor if the if above ground installation & for packaging disposal if required.
The sauna is easy to assemble by DIY in just 45 minutes! The sauna is flat-packed with one or more than one package on a pallet. You will receive panels with built-in electrical elements and No electrician is needed. No plumbing and ventilation are needed in the room. You will only need to assemble them together with the buckles provided, and just plug in a standard 10A domestic power socket (Except for the outdoor model).
Shipping and Delivery
The product will arrive flat-packed and may be packaged with more than one carton. If you wish to have this item professionally installed, kindly reach out to our team at [email protected]. to organise an installation. An additional installation fee will be charged separately from the product price.
It also cannot be picked up by the customer from the TWL HQ in Adelaide, however, select locations have pickup options at the nearest Kylin Sauna Depot. Should you prefer this arrangement, please coordinate with our team before placing the order.
Each order is dispatched up to 7 business days after placing the order. The dispatch and installation timeframe may change depending on the stock availability.
Depending on your location, please allow 5-12 business days for delivery.
Warranty
- For indoor saunas, Kylin provides a 5-year parts warranty and a 1-year labor warranty for residential use; a 1-year parts warranty, and a 6-month labor warranty for commercial use.
- For outdoor saunas, Kylin offers a 3‐year parts warranty and a 1‐year labor warranty for residential use; a 1‐year parts warranty and a 6‐month labor warranty for commercial use.
If the indoor sauna is placed outdoors, the location must be fully sheltered and protected from the weather, otherwise the warranty will be void.
Returns & Exchanges
As Kylin Sauna is a large and oversized item, please understand that there will be no returns for the sauna because of huge delivery costs. Please do not hesitate to contact us if, for some reason, you are not satisfied with our products.
When receiving your item, please check for any visible damage made during delivery not later than 2 days after the delivery. If there are any rare cases of defective items, please email photos and a detailed description of the circumstances of a defect.
Please Note:
- This item is bulky and cannot be sent using an express courier. It has to travel by road or rail transit.
- It also cannot be picked up by the customer from the TWL HQ, however, customers have the option to pick up their order at the nearest Kylin Sauna Depot. Should you prefer this arrangement, please coordinate with our team before placing the order.
- The unit is dispatched 15-20 business days after placing the order. The dispatch and installation timeframe may change depending on the stock availability.
- Depending on your location, please allow 5-12 business days for delivery once despatched from the vendor warehouse.
- We are unable to send this item outside of Australia.
- We are unable to send this product to a PO Box, Locked Bag or Parcel Locker.
