The Maui Short is a compact fin designed for swimming in both open water and pools, as well as for snorkeling. Its durability and practicality make it the perfect choice for safety and rescue teams operating on beaches. Developed with the same advanced design calculations used for the Impulse, Sprint, and its "big sister" , the Maui Short features two side rails made from different materials to channel water toward the center of the blade. This combination of soft and stiff materials makes the fin both highly comfortable and extremely efficient. When the blade flexes, it creates a "spoon" effect, generating powerful propulsion as it rebounds.

The fin’s strap is equipped with an EBS (Elastic Bungee System) made of durable elastic rubber with a nylon lining, offering excellent longevity and resistance to abrasion. The heel is anatomically shaped from soft rubber for a secure and comfortable fit, and the fin can be worn with or without neoprene socks. The handle wraps around the heel to prevent interference with leg and foot movements during swimming. For added stability, the EBS system includes a choker on the elastic bands to ensure a fine-tuned fit and to prevent accidental release.
