THE PROCESS

1) Send me a message with your request, including a detailed description of what you want, as well as 1-3 pictures of your subject (if photos are necessary for the scope of the project).

2) If I accept your request, please pay for your custom watercolor painting. Once the payment goes through, I can get started on your order!

3) Please allow 10 business days for me to begin work on your project. During the creation process, which typically takes 3-4 weeks, I will email you a digital preview of the initial sketch and then the final product for your approval.

4) After you have approved the final painting, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped out!


GENERAL NOTES

**Custom watercolor paintings are done on acid-free, heavyweight, coldpress watercolor paper. They can be either portrait or landscape orientation.

**Turnaround time for custom projects is usually 3 - 4 weeks, plus shipping time. Please message me if you have a pressing deadline and I will do my best to meet your needs. Rush fees may apply.

**All custom paintings are hand-signed by the artist.

**If for some reason the product you receive is not what you expected, please contact me immediately and we can discuss a replacement or a refund. My customers' happiness is very important to me!**
