Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial arts that combines elements of dance, acrobatics and music. It was developed in Brazil at the beginning of the 16th century. This DVD features unique and detailed sequences of basics that include: Instruments and how they are played during Capoeira training, followed by instructional segment in real time and slow motion of dance patterns, single kicks, double, triple and quadruple sniping kicks, sweeping take-downs, acrobatics, and two man drills. 44 minutes
